These Terms and Conditions govern the automated SMS text messaging service ("Service") provided by Top Spot Local Authority on behalf of its client businesses.
When a consumer calls a client business's phone number and the call is not answered, the Service may automatically send the consumer one text message acknowledging the call and indicating that the business will follow up.
By calling a business phone number enrolled in this Service, the consumer consents to receive the automated text-back message described above. No other messages will be sent unless the business follows up directly.
Message frequency varies based on consumer contact. Standard message and data rates from the consumer's mobile carrier may apply.
Consumers may reply STOP at any time to a text message to opt out of future automated messages from that number. Reply HELP for assistance.
The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis to facilitate faster communication between consumers and businesses. Top Spot Local Authority is not liable for missed messages due to carrier issues or technical outages.
