When a consumer contacts one of our client businesses (for example, by calling a published business phone number), we may collect the consumer's phone number and the content of any resulting text message exchange, solely for the purpose of responding to that inquiry.
Phone numbers and message content are used only to deliver the requested automated response (such as a missed-call follow-up text) and to allow the business to follow up with the consumer regarding their inquiry. We do not sell or share consumer phone numbers or message content with third parties for marketing purposes.
By calling a business that uses our missed-call text-back service, the consumer may receive one automated text message in response. Message and data rates may apply. Consumers may reply STOP at any time to opt out of future messages, or HELP for assistance.
We retain message data only as long as necessary to provide the service and for the client business's own customer records.
